Paula DiNote
Vice President of Project Services & Finance

Joining MCM Education in 1998, Paula brings extensive experience in project management, information systems, customer service and new technologies. Paula’s career prior to MCM Education included roles at Keystone Information Systems and Proscape Technologies. Paula’s customer service orientation, management experience and creative yet systemized approaches to processes have ideally suited her to oversee the operations end of our business. As Vice President of Project Services & Finance, Paula is responsible for the project management, meetings, information systems, finance and the audio/video/web conferencing staffs. Paula’s leadership has translated into detail-oriented management and turn-key results.

Mary Ledwith
Vice President, Medical Education

Mary joined MCM in 2003 and has over 10 years experience in medical education. She has been instrumental in developing educational grant proposals in numerous therapeutic areas while collaborating with providers, education partners and medical societies to help secure and manage the business. Prior to joining MCM she spent five years with Forest Pharmaceuticals, most recently as a specialty sales representative, where she achieved numerous awards including Regional Representative of the Year in 2001. Mary also worked for Ventiv Health for two years and prior to that spent 20 years primarily in sales management for ArtCarved/Commemorative Brands. She graduated with a BS/BA from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA where she majored in Marketing.

Kathleen Hines
Vice President, Editorial Services
Kathleen Hines

Kathleen has over 15 years of experience as a writer and editor in the public health and medical education fields. She joined MCM Education in 2007, following 8 years developing a variety of academic and institutional publications and educational materials with the Johns Hopkins University Schools of Medicine and Public Health. Kathleen oversees a staff of in-house and freelance writers and editors, managing all aspects of content development for our myriad certified continuing education products and working closely with key opinion leaders and subject matter experts to ensure that educational objectives are met. She earned a master's degree in writing from the Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor's degree in philosophy and biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.



Michael Fullmer, MBA
CEO, Principal

Mike has served in the healthcare field for more than 20 years. His career in healthcare began with a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Mike’s eleven-year tenure with Wyeth included roles in sales, market research and in-line marketing. In his last position at Wyeth, Mike served as the group leader for the pediatric product team. Mike left Wyeth in 1990 to join a multi-national medical education developer, The Medicine Group (TMG), USA. As a Regional Director of Marketing, Mike was actively involved in new business generation and new product development. Mike’s role evolved at TMG as he assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager for a newly formed Interactive Media Division. Its purpose was to focus on the emerging communications technologies and develop applications for CME. In 1995 Mike left TMG to found MCM Education. Here his creativity combined with his cumulative expertise in pharmaceuticals, CME and new technologies provided the leadership and insights necessary to create a rapidly growing company with an orientation towards creativity, innovative educational solutions and the application of new communication technologies.


Joseph Dennis

Joe has been involved in healthcare for more than 20 years. His career has included positions in pharmaceuticals, medical advertising, medical education and healthcare communications. Joe’s involvement in healthcare publishing since 1981 has resulted in a wealth of expertise in medical publishing. As a co-owner of MCM Education, Joe has taken his experience and applied it to MCM Education by partnering with key medical associations and leveraging new educational programming with association sponsorship and promotion for maximum visibility and impact.
